#1 - Student information forms sent home to all parents

Towards the end of July we sent a set of student information forms out to all parents. These are important and allow us to take care of your child and properly plan for all their needs. We would like to receive these back on either 20th or 21st of August - handed in to the school.


#2 - Ansökan om val av skola 2009/2010

All parents who live in Jönköping's municipality are required to fill in a form when they change school. This link will take you straight to the page where the form is ('Ansökan om val av skola 0910) or you can click on the file link below.

Once you have filled it in you should hand it in to your school. The normal deadline for this is March, however during our first year this is not always possible as new student applications come in even during summer and as late as August.

Families who live in other municipalities may have different forms to complete. Habo municipality does not have a form to complete, you can contact our secretary Minna Ryan-Ericsson to ask for a letter confirming your acceptance to the school.

#3 How to logon to the student queue system

Families who have applied to start at IES Jönköping can check or update the details of their applications. This is very useful as many parents apply long in advance to be sure of getting a place in the school. It is especially important that we have the correct contact details otherwise you may miss your place in the queue if we are not able to reach you.

Please note that if you have already been confirmed as having a place at the school you cannot logon and change your application details - you have to contact our secretary to do that: Minna Ryan-Ericsson 0736 25 72 48.
