Dear Students and Parents,

We are happy to welcome you to IES Täby Junior School. The first day of term is August 23 and we will start with a grand Opening led by Ms Barbara Bergström, Founder of Internationella Engelska Skolan i Sverige AB, will cut the ribbon. After the Opening Ceremony the students will be informed as to which class they are in and schedules will be handed out in the classroom.

During August 23 and 24 each students and guardian will be invited to school for an individual talk (30 minutes) with the class teacher. Times for these talks will be sent out during August. Please let us know if you have any preferences when it comes to time and date (info4and5@taby.engelska.se)

Please observe that no lunch will be served during Aug 23 and 24 and that Junior Club will open on Aug 25.

School according to schedule as normal from Monday Aug 30.

Schoolsoft

We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you about SchoolSoft. This is our web based information platform to which you will get a log-in and training when term starts in August. We urge you to us this tool as this will be IES Täby Junior Schools major way of communicating everything that takes place at school (new letters, activities that will happen, results, absence, homework, documents etc).

Finally, once again, the staff and we would like to wish you welcome to IES Täby Junior School. We hope that this letter has given you some information about the beginning of term, more will come in August.
