End of Term Ceremony/Grand avslutningen Friday W23

• End of term Ceremony will be at Sporthallen, Hamngatan, 632 20, Eskilstuna

• Ceremony starts at 10.00 and ends at 12.00

• Spectating students (Grades 6, 7 and 8) must arrive at 09.40 and go straight to the designated seating area where mentors will be standing with signs

• Parents may sit in the upper seating levels of the arena.  Grade 9 parents to sit at 09.30.  Parents from Grades 6, 7 and 8 to sit at 09.40

• Grade 9 students must arrive at 09.30 to change into cap and gown in designated changing room

• At 09.50 all Grade 9 students and Grade 9 Mentors must assume their lining up position in preparation for the March into the Sports Hall.  All must be totally silent during this activity!
